Hi Garmt,

Using NetScape 2.0, upload the file into <ftp://gauss.technion.ac.il/pub>,
and send a message to everyone what the name of the file is - they will be able
to download it. Another way - as you have a Homepage - just put it in your
public_html directory, and then everybody can download it from there (assuming
you have enough space to put it there, of course) !
