Dear friends,
A long time ago, we had a discussion in the Jules Verne Forum about rating
Verne's novels (see
http://jv.gilead.org.il/forum/2000/07/). This idea was
never realised, until David Vasek, who had read the discussion in the
forum archive, asked me if I intended to launch a rating survey. Now I
decided to write a little script enabling us to rate all the Voyages
Extraordinaires.
Please have a look at
http://www.phys.uu.nl/~gdevries/survey/rating.cgi
and give your opinion.
For now, I only collect the ratings. I will be abroad for some time, and
after that I'll write another script to process the results (top-10
favourites, least favourites, correlation between translation and rating,
etc.)
