Hi from Australia,



I'm doing a uni assignment on comparing books for children's literature -


I've chosen to compare Jules Verne's "Journey to the Centre of the Earth" -


the original version, an updated version and a picture book version.



I'm keen to find any original critic reviews made when Jules Verne's book


first came to press.  Were there such things back then?



I've just finished reading a "Wishbone" version of the book to my class of


11 year olds and they are all now VERY interested in finding out more about


this Jules Verne guy.  I'll be putting them on to this web site.



Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
