I have an entry for the book in my history of spacecraft, "The Dream
Machines", but it does not contain any more information about the
book (which I have a date of 1899 for) than you have. I do think it's pretty obvious, however, that the
name of the author is a pseudonym.

I don't know of anyone else who ever attempted a sequel to "From the
Earth to the Moon" (except for Verne himself, of course).

By the way . . . you wouldn't be interested in selling the book,
would you?
