Dear Neajt,
It is perhaps Vitezslav Unzeitig together with Vaclav Netusil. They both translated 25 novels to Czech, Unzeitig at the beginning of 20 c-y, Netusil after the WWII. Moreover, Unzeitig translated 6 short stories and Netusil 2. When we add them and also Michel's novels, Unzeitig translated 35 titles and Netusil 28.
Sincerely
Jan Rychlik
