Since my last note, I have managed to ftp the Géographie document successfully, should you have trouble getting it. I don't think there are any restrictions on distributing it non-commercially.
It is quite large (almost 100 Meg bytes) and so would probably not go through e-mail. If there is a site I could push it to via ftp, that would work
It downloads fine from the ftp address I gave, using a linux ftp. (I probably do not have my Windows system configured properly.)
