  this is yet another thing...
   I don't know if anybody (else) proposed in Germany for a commemorative stamp for Jules Verne in 2005 in Germany (I think I did it some years ago allready), but the german post preferes to issue stamps celebrating allmost unknown germans who did something "special" during their life, and normally they choose a picture and colours for printing the stamps that you think about to place the stamp with the backside in your folder to avoid to see this "nice" piece of art...
  But this is not what I was talking about. I meant there is an international organisation giving help against a special kind of piracy, but the ooh sooo well organized industriel rich modern nation called Germany.... isn't participating. Thats what I mean!
