

<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param><bigger>How fitting that as we prepare to celebrate the centenary that 
the Harfang (the Snowy Owl in Les Indes noires) has returned 
to Scotland for the first time in a hundred years. Two have 
been sighted in the Hebrides this week a male on the island of 
Coll and a female on  Tiree...locations more appropriate for 
Le Rayon vert than Les Indes noires. Normally they summer 
on Iceland and Greenland and must have been blown of 
course to Scotland en route.
