Re: ForumDear All,

now I see the point coming to comment this as well. It looks like that Lionel Dupuy recognized about the erros he did, so we should forgive him - errors a a very human thing.

On the other site I would like to instist strictly to take notice of what Volker and Daniel said, and as well what was the content of the unlucky mail of Lionel was: the questions concerning the Centre International Jules Verne are very serious and should have everyones attention. I would like to ask some english native with good french knowledge or visa versa, like Jean Michel Magot, to give a correct and breef traduction of what Lionel tried to say, as well as others, and add his own knowledge about the actual situation in Amiens to such an information, that really also the last of the international community have an idea what is heatening up the minds in these weeks. Because it concerns at least the future and existance of the CIJV in Amiens, but furtheron also if it can be accepted that Verne is commercialised in the name of all but for only few ones profit....

Best regards

Bernhard

  Dear All

I agree with Volker. What happens in the Centre International Jules Verne and its actual direction is a serious question. All the friends of Jules Verne are concern.

  Cheers,

  Daniel

    Dear all,

I agree with you but I would like to distinguish between the informations on controversial subjets (as the Centre international Jules Verne at Amiens and its actual direction) and the manner to report it and speaking of. It's sometimes difficult to stay serene and calm when you speak of subjects you consider as awful, but I think, as most of you, that we should avoid polemics and personnalities. So I'm sorry that Lionel, speaking of a very real problem gave way to his ardent temperament; he was certainly not right doing so inspite of his good intentions, but I think he acknowledgend the consequences. On the other hand, and I'm sure that it is in Zvi's intention, it's necessary that we speak of all aspects concerning Jules Verne, his work and its reception, even conflicts and difficulties. Let's start again in another, but realistic spirit.

    Cheers, Volker
