Hi Fellow Vernians,

Francisco Palacios Llorca <apalcres11~at~bitmailer.net> is a Jules Verne Collector
from Valencia, Spain. Recently he sent me two email messages. Right after this
posting, I will also post his messages, which are quite interesting. In
particular, his second message contains an encoded jpeg of a stamp he is
designing. I suppose you'll recognize there the picture from `De la Terre a la
Lune', which also appears in `Jules Verne Illustration'

have him added him to the Forum, and I use this opportunity for a warm welcome
to you, Francisco.
