Yes, I'm still planning to make this index. But I'm quite busy at the
moment, so it will not be before 1998 that the thing will be finished.
Meanwhile, I would very much appreciate your contributions, i.e.:
name of the page, URL, short description, keywords.
I'll list the keywords and add others as they come in.
