US viewers are likely already aware of the cable Home Box Office channel's
miniseries about the NASA moon program, FROM THE EARTH TO THE MOON (an obvious
Verne nod in the title.) Publicity about the full 12 episodes reveals the
final one, to be shown May 10th, will be entitled LA VOYAGE DANS LA LUNE and
will deliberately juxtapose the Melies film of that title with the Last Apollo
Moon Mission (the Alpha & Omega of the man on moon dream, I'm guessing.)
