Jules Verne CD Rom

In my last message, I was unable to "copy" from the cdrom, so could not
simply cut and paste.
I have tried clicking on the head of "Jules Verne" to save a copy on my
Hard Drive, but none of the "downloads" appears to work when in the "family
tree" section of the cd-rom.
(a file "expor6.doc" is saved, but it is empty. 2 downloads from the "Jules
Verne titles" section did work, but those are the only 2 of 10 I have tried
that have saved a file with information)
Have any of you experienced this problem, and found a way around it?
Have you had any problem getting to CD-1, the books!
