        Yes. See THE BEST OF JULES VERNE (Castle Books, 1978). It is
        not hard to find and you can probably obtain one via the used
        book databases: http://www.bookfinder.com

        ANOMALOUS PHENOMENA is the first part of HECTOR SERVADAC and
        is also known as TO THE SUN (1st part) and OFF ON A COMET (2nd).
        Dover published an abridged version of the two stories using
        the latter titles in a single volume. Also, ANOMOLOUS PHENOMENON
        is used as the first volume in the Fitzroy editions (edited by
        I.O. Evans) and published by Arco/Associated Booksellers, Ace,
        and recently by Amereon (lots of "A" publishers here). The last
        is still in print and the first few versions should be on the used
        book databases.

        I haven't checked but it wouldn't surprise me if he was a member
        of the North American Jules Verne Society.
