dear Fogg friends

Today, wednesday 15.30 hours GMT, we are going to give it a try: around the
world in 80 seconds. this mail is intended to alert everyone to keep a sharp
eye at their email inbox.

REMEMBER
Make sure to be there at the right time. Check and double check.
Have the e-mail adress of the next recipient in line ready to forward you
contribution to.
Have you chapter title ready in your own language, to paste right away and
forward the message as soon as possible.

NOTE
If all goes well, we will flash around the globe and be back in my mailbox
within 80 seconds with a compilation of chapter titles. This last e-mail I
will send through all participants through the Forum mailinglist. It can be
seen as a trophy. You should hear from me in about 5 minutes after the
contact.

If something goes wrong, I will also contact all through the JVF
mailinglist. Depending on what went wrong, we might have another try
straight away.

I will send alerts 1 hour and 5 minutes before the GO, just to remind you.
You do not have to reply.

Afterwards we can exchange real adresses so I can send you a copy of my
article in our december 31 issue of De Volkskrant. I just spoke to the art
director. The are going to produce illustrations in Verne style too!
