Site down for the Millennium weekend

Dear Friends,

Because of the Y2K scare, our server will be down for the Millennium weekend
(which as far as I am concerned will be only December 31, 2000, but I cannot do
anything if people wish to celebrate a year earlier), from tonight, Thursday,
December 30, 18:45 IST (16:45 UTC), until Sunday, January 2, 2000, 08:00 IST
(06:00 UTC).
