This is the title of a new 4 issue comic book miniseries from Paradox
Press, to appear in July, written by Boaz Yakin and illustrated by Erez
Yakin. From publicity sent me by our offline colleague Malcolm Henderson,
this appears to be a take-off on Phileas Fogg, traveling through time,
without any direct connection to Verne.
