I'm glad to be able to read that article at last. It's interesting to learn what Verne knew about balloons and helicopters.
By the way, on every book of quotes it appears the following phrase: "All a man can imagine, another man will make true." by Verne. Now I realize that the true author of the quote is Nadar:
"Préconisons donc l'hélicoptère, et prenons pour devise la devise de Nadar: 'Tout ce qui est possible se fera'." (A propos du Géant.)
"Let's support the helicopter, and take Nadar's motto: "All that is possible will be made." (About the Giant.)
