I added Sean's data points, with a few corrections, and a few points added
in order to avoid crossing continents.

Now that I see the journey on the map, I notice that a long distance is
travelled in the Pacific, but there aren't many descriptions of the
surroundings there. Too busy exploring the Nautilus itself, I guess...
