It is a novel, but the two main characters look a lot like Verne and his
friend Hignard. The 'adventures' are mainly the ones that Verne himself
had during the trip. In this sense, the novel is rather like 'Une ville
flottante' (floating city), minus the Drake/Ellen storyline.

Garmt.
