I apologize for the delay in sending you the atlas materials. They 


are going off to you today. I am sending you my copy of the atlas 


itself along with whatever loose maps that I have (these latter are 


either original maps or first-generation photocopies, which may be 


more legible than the reproductions in the book). The atlas that I'm 


sending should be considered the definitive version (there have 


been a number of corrections and additions to it over the years) 


and a loose map should be scanned only if it is identical with the 


map in the atlas.
