As you can see, at the bottom of the web page I mention the source of the
bibliography: the volumes of the author of the collection "Mis Libros" of "Hyspamérica
Argentina Ediciones, S. A.". Now the name of this collection is "Tus Libros" published
by "Grupo Anaya". I share your opinion that they are the best editions of books in
Spanish, because they have good translations, they are annotated, they bring
original illustrations and they bring analysis of the works.
This collection has several Vernian books: "Five Weeks in a Balloon", "Journey to the
Center of the Earth", "Around the World in 80 Days", "From the Earth to the Moon",
"Round the Moon", "Michael Strogoff", "A Drama in Livonia", "The Chancellor", "The
Sphinx of the Ice Fields" and "20,000 Leagues Under the Seas". I have all these books,
some very difficult to get in Argentina. I am very proud of my last acquisition, "20,000
Leagues..."; Miguel Ángel Navarrete's excellent comments are at the same level of
editions in another languages, as William Butcher's. I wish Miguel Ángel read this
message, because I know that he belongs to the Forum.
A good biography is Miguel Salabert's "Julio Verne, ese desconocido".
"Los piratas del Halifax"("The pirates of the Halifax") is the alternative title of
"Bourse de voyage".
(The books of the collection "Mis Libros" are very good, but in some cases they overstep
the mark: the annotators spoil the story in their comments. This happens in these
books, I warn the readers: "Journey to the Center of the Earth", "Around the World in 80
Days", "The War of the Worlds" (Wells), "Lord Arthur Savile's Crime" (Wilde).)
