Hello,
I'm having much difficulty contacting anyone at the Jules Verne Society
in Paris. I'm told that they do not have email or fax. Does anyone have
a telephone number there? I'm writing from a documentary production
company in the states. We are trying to get permission to use some
portraits of Jules Verne in an upcoming program we are producing for the
Discovery Channel. I've been told that the Jules Verne Society in Paris
is the place to go with this request. However, I fear we do not have
time to send a request by mail. Any advice on who owns rights to
portraits of Jules Verne? The photos we hope to use are Jules Verne at
age twenty-five and Jules Verne at age forty-nine. However, we would
happily use any portrait we could get permission to use.
Thanks you kindly for your time.
Best,
Sarah Newton
