Subject: Texar's Revenge or North Against South

Hello:

While going through some old books from my grandparents house I came
across an old Jules Verne book. The title on the spine is "Texar's
Revenge or North Against South". The Verso states that it was published
by Rand McNally & Company in 1888. When I showed the book to my
grandmother she thought it was bought when it was first published in
the U.S. After some initial research regarding this title, I found
information regarding a volume published by Hurst Publishing in New
York. I have been unable to find any information on the volume
published by Rand McNally & Company.

I would appreciate any information you may have on this volume. My
Grandmother seems to think it would be the first edition printed in the
U.S.
