I guess you didn't get my e-mail, but Roger's solution will help you out.
If I'm not mistaken, there is a synopsis of the original Poe work in the
volume and some discussion from the editior, I. O. Evans concerning the two
authors. I believe I have a copy of Verne's essay on Poe. I found in a
work entitle The Jules Verne Companion by Peter Haining. It's a couple of
pages and I will copy it and send it to you.
