Dear Mr. Kravitz:

I am confused by two translations of Mysterious Island attributed to you.

In Zvi's virtual library, I read a beautiful rendering of the novel. So I spend $$ to buy the paper version from Wesleyan Univ. Press (ISBN 0-8195-6475-3), "unabridged and translated by Sidney Kravitz". While anticipating the same text as the on-line version, I found the passages heavily watered down - perhaps more suitable for most modern readers, but a major disappointment to me.

Did you provide two versions? If so, who has the copy right on the version in Zvi's library? Where can I buy a copy?

Thank you very much,

Alvin
