That would be Ed Meyers of Country Lane Books. It won't be PD until we are
long past retirement since it was done in the 1980s. With the new Sonny
Bono restrictions, it won't be until the 2070s before it can be published
without his permission. Isn't copyright law grand? There are other lists
though like the ones in the JULES VERNE ENCYCLOPEDIA (Scarecrow Press) which
are useful for the collector as well.
