Yes, all in English. I am assuming they are photlithing old books as the one
I have says :

"In order to make original editions of historical works available to
scholars at an economical pricek this facsimile of the original edition of
1903 is reproduced from the best available copy and has been digitally
enhanced to improve ligibility, but the text remains unaltered to retain
historical authenticity".
