Art, thanks. I knew the other editions were so cut as to be beyond
consideration. Combining chapters seems to be the operative factor; my
fear was she might have cut chunks of texts, maybe even whole chapters.
I wasn't sure if maybe Hoey had done a "Fitzroy" on the book! Brian
