Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea

In going through some books, my brother-in-law gave my husband after his death, we found an  1892 version of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea published by Phoenix Publishing.  It does not refer to any other publishing date, yet I assume this is not a first edition from what I've been able to read about the book.  The book is in exceptionally good condition although I have to admit, if it were of great value I'd be afraid to read it as the pages appear to be a little brittle.  Do you know anything about the edition we have?  I would appreciate any information you could give us.  We've always loved this story and it is a blessing to have this book.  Thank you.
