I have purchased Chateau in the Carpathians. The books are photo reproductions of the original text, in this case a 1903 edition which is identified in the verso. The pictures are included toobut ar pretty bad. But they do give the idea of what the pictures covered and since the originals can be faded so what. Other than being about twice what I would like to pay for a book of this type, I have no complaints. To identify the original publisher though you will have to do some research. I don't know if they are coming outwith others.

Has anyone purchased any of their Verne books? Any comments on the translations, quality, etc?

  Thanks,
  Peter.
