Dear All,
just a short information : a copy of the second edition, dedicated by the author had been sent to Verne and figured in his library. The book is now in the Gondolo della Riva collection of the Library of Amiens.
Personnally I think that Verne did not read the book but answered to a demand of the author. The text, not enthuastic at all, is typical of the manner in which Verne replied habitually in this matter. After all, the text is not an important one.
