I have posted an edited version of my old DAKKAR article here:

It is in rtf format, which should be readable by most word processors


(though I believe I lost most of my diacritical marks in the process---I


hope my French friends will forgive me).



I deleted many of the responses to specific questions raised by the Sam


Moskowitz article, since these would have required posting his article as


well, and, besides, many of them seemed to be side issues unrelated to the


main subject.
