Sidney, does the 20 K you just found look like Mercier Lewis?  (Main clue: ch. 2: Aronnax refers to the "disagreeable territory of Nebraska".)  If so, I can mention it in my talk to the Alliance Francaise at the LOC in May.  It would make six ML editions still in print...at least.  What's the pub date?
