Considering all rights to the book are owned by the authors, the question
of when and if there is to be a second edition is not Scarecrow's decision
to make. In fact the authors plan such a second edition in the future,
but are presently too involved with other books and projects to permit the
time such a task would involve.
It does seem a bit odd that Norm and David did not bother to address their
question to the author and copyright holders of the JV Ency., who are
long-time members of the forum.
And in answer to question, Norm, everything has *not* been translated, by
a long shot.
