I didn't realize that the author was a long-time member (as I'm definitely
not a long-time member myself) and I also did not see the author and
copyright holders respond to the question -- yes, that might mean the
author was on vacation and would not be able to answer for quite some time,
but it could also indicate that the author isn't on the list.

And so I was just trying to be helpful, I have a contact with Scarecrow
press so I thought I would ask them, not because it was Scarecrow's
decision to make by any means, but because if there was one in the works
from the author and copyright holders of the JV Ency, it made sense to me
that Scarecrow Press probably would know and might be able to answer in a
timely manner.

Please excuse me for being excited by the possibility of a second edition,
being impatient to find the answer to Mr. Wolcott's unanswered question,
and for thinking that asking Scarecrow Press couldn't hurt. I did not mean
to insult or presume anything untoward.
