The NAJVS never issued this on CD, if we had, I surely would have a copy of
it (and would likely be the one distributing it on the Society's behalf).
It was Sean Chamberlin (a one time -and still?- member of this forum) who
had created a CD with the images and some of the text from this work.
My own copy of this book is #99, so I assume you actually limited the
edition to 100.

I'm afraid that Extraordinary Voyages was privately published in an edition
of only about 50 copies. The NAJVS issued the entire contents on a CD,
however, which I am sure you can get from them.
