I'm happy to send another copy of the CD out to Ron or someone so that
additional copies can be made. There have been a couple requests in recent
months.
But the CD doesn't do justice to the full publication. It's simply a set of
scanned pages from the book and they aren't even in order.
They are Ron's property so it's really up to him what he would prefer to do
with them.
I'm happy to help but I would prefer not to be the CD distribution center
(!) A couple other members should have copies as well.

Ah! I had thought that Sean had done this under the aegis of the NAJVS. My
apologies.
And you are right, too, about the edition number . . . there were 100
copies, not 50 (a typo on my part, I'm afraid).
