Thank you for all answers! I guess it is the same
matter for every situation that we can read a conflict
of facts comparing different biographies.

It is interesting that Weissenberg propose Verne met
Hetzel through Nadar. In other books it is proposed
Verne met Hetzel on demand by Dumas fils, also other
people was involved. If any information is valid, I
guess it is sure to state there was a circle of people
who knew each other, and Verne sure knew some of them,
and I am sure Verne tried hard to get published
through his contacts.

I guess I should re-write my note about Nadar in my
own biography when nothing seems to be 100% sure. We'd
better wait for someone to invent a time machine
before we can get all information confirmed...

Well, after reading your answer, I am less confused.
Many thanks for proposals where I can find more
information in the bokks about (an by) Nadar.

Best regards
Peter
