Jules Verne Documentary on France 5 in March

European members may be interested in an upcoming documentary.  I received 


this note last month:



"As a French TV producer, I'm presently preparing a 52 min. documentary


program co-produced by France 5 and CNDP (a division of the French ministry


of education) to be shown  on France 5 in March 2005."



"This program deals both with the past realisations of what the writer had


imagined in his novels (submarines, aircrafts, space exploration) and with


the idea that 'the adventure goes on'. "



Jean-Pierre Bouvet, who did a detailed set of Nautilus drawings many years 


ago, some of which are featured on my web site, has been interviewed for the 


program and reports that it will air on France 5 Sunday 20 March.
