Le Petit Larousse adopte cette méthode: LAMOIGON (Guillaume de), autre exemple avec un nom composé : LA METTRIE (Julien Offray de).
Dans le cas que tu cites, il faut savoir si le "de" correspond à une particule ou fait partie du nom. Comme il s'agit de noms français, il doit s'agir d'une particule. Le dictionnaire les entrerait donc ainsi : LA LANDELLE (Gabriel de) et PONTON D'AMECOURT (Gustave de).
Bien entendu, c'est l'usage qui prévaut dans ton pays que tu dois adopter ...
