Thinking the stereotypic way, "DE" should be at the end of the first name.
So I would put: "Viane, Honorine du Fraysne de".
Here is a similar example from the GDU (= Grand Dictionnaire
Universel de Pierre Larousse, 1876), DVD-ROM version:
"LACHAISE (Louise-Christine DU SAUTOY DE)"
I think there should be no "DU" at the end of the first name(s).
At least, I do not know any example.
