I don't know about your bank, but I can do all my international (well,
European at least) transactions with just the IBAN. I do my banking
online, and when I give the IBAN, the BIC is automatically filled in, as
well as the bank's name and address.

Aren't you required to pay in advance, in order for your registration to
be completed? On the other hand, if you're not given the necessary
details, and no feedback at all, it's hardly your fault if you don't
pay yet...
