Chère Mme Waquet,

following the email below of M. Larcher I have to tell you that the problem
is not in the side of the participants, it is the problem of the
organisation in Amiens.
If from your side is ABSOLUTE NO REPLY to questions sent to you by email
directly after the receipt of your information on january the 10th,
concerning among other questions the demand for the FULL BANK CONNECTION (we
need here in Germany not only the IBAN, but also the BIC (SWIFT CODE) ( il
ne s'agit pas d'un stylo!!!) for a bank
transfer), you can not expect that anyone sent money.
At least: what does it mean you don't sent a confirmation for the
participation if the money does not arrives before? What about the
participants giving inscription only for the Collogue which is free of
charge? Do they do not get a confirmation?
And how does it comes that not ALL who informed about their participation
got your mail? For example, for Andreas Fehrmann myself sent by fax the
pre - inscription, he never got the final inscription mail from you. And I
think I heard same from other parties.
HOW CAN YOU EXPECT THAT HE IS PAYING IN ADVANCE WHEN HE EVEN DID NOT GOT
YOUR MAIL????
HOW CAN I PAY IF THE BANK CONNECTION IS INCOMPLETE??
How can we do when there is no reply on questions?
WHY should we do a prepayment when the organisation proves that their
communication is not satisfying?

I could have written this in french, but for the better understanding of the
participants I didn't.
If the now for one year ongoing bad way of handling the communication from
the organisators of the MONDIAL with the interested participants isn't
becoming immediately better, clear and understandable, I don't know what
problems we have to fight with once we are in Amiens!!
Obviously up to now almost nobody paid for the inscription, as for a lot of
us the situation is unclear. I am going in vacation now and very sure I can
not follow the email - informations intensively. So how can I become a safe
feeling about the situation and do a money transfer before the 11. of this
month??? I think this is impossible now, as only 9 days are left!! If you
would have reacted directly on the mail I sent the 10th of january, and
probably others as well, there would have been enough time for that. Or the
transfers from the participating North Americain friends: it will very sure
take longer than the 11th to reach you.
If Amiens is not taking off the restriction that the payment have to be done
in advance, I see a lot of us being in Amiens ONLY participating at the
Collogue, and searching restaurant rooms themselves for having meals
together. Is that in the sence of the MONDIAL??

Would you please think about these arguments and give a clear understandable
reply to ALL with ALL necessary informations, not partly to here and
there...
