My name is John Bell. I am currently not a member but will happily join the society. I own several Verne books and I am looking for an 1873 Smith ( Boston) edition variant "A"of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas. This book is distinguished by having "The End" on page 303. I am looking for a copy in unrestored or even poor condition within my budget ( around $500 or less depending on condition) in order to repair another. I am even interested in finding parts of the book if the correct remnants are available.
Can you help me get this message to your members who might be interested or have such a copy? I am continuing to search the internet book searches as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.
