Having sent the     preliminary registration, and nothing in return, and 


1. Not being able to send registration fees to SAGA because it appears impossible to comply with their requirements and the deadlline is fast approaching.


2. Jean Michel assures us we can pay cash on arrival for program 2 and 3, (when is SAGA open; where is SAGA in Amiens)


3. I conclude it is not worth while to prepare a presentation and


4. There is a 60% chance that I will not be able to register attend any of the functions, and


5. There is 50% chance that I will just have to sit around and do nothing and wait for my flight home. 


 I would appreciate any comments or suggestions to improve my prospects.
