I share your concerns, and I'm sure we're not alone. Of a couple of dozen academic and professional conferences I've attended in the past twenty years, held on three continents and a half-dozen countries, the Mondial has been the most challenging for me in terms of securing confirmation of my participation and arranging payment of conference expenses.

This is enormously frustrating and discouraging.
