Dear friends,

(sorry if it was already discussed)
Regarding the conferrence/convention (as it is called in the registration
forms) in Amiens (March 22-23), I have a couple of questions unanswered by
the organizers (in fact, I don't have any answer from them to any of
questions I sent during last couple of months), related with the "technical"
things. In fact, do we know anything about the conferrence outside that we
have 15 minutes for every presentation?

Here is what I'd like to know:

1. Do I have to send the text earlier? To whom?

2. Will the conferrence room be equiped with multimedia, which means that
presentations could be followed with projection of the images or Power-point
presentation?

3. Will some catalogue be printed for the conferrence (or for all JV
Mondial), and if it will, will it contain the breafs of all presentations,
and possible some additional texts and images (in our case - about the
activities of our JV Club)? Nobody ever asked for any material for that
possible publication...

4. Will the presentations be published somewhere after the Mondial?

5. During the "worldwide conferrence of JV Societies", is it planned to have
a presentations (again: with possible multimedia) about the activities of
all JV Clubs and Societies?

6. Who is the person in charge for the program of the
convention/conferrence? Will the list of the presentations and participants
be listed somewhere before our arrival to Amiens?

etc, etc.
