Yes, you pay your due for the programme itself to the Credit du Nord
account of the CIJV, and for the lodging you pay to the Credit Agricole
account of Sagacom.

From the CIJV site, it seems that TGV and hotels in Nantes and Paris are
included: "Pour la formule 1, seul les hôtels de Nantes et Paris sont
compris dans ce tarif".

I had thought that one room was going to have talks about JV in different
countries, and other talks would be in other rooms. This is not
incompaticle with the quote you gave. It would hardly make sense to have
all "country talks" at the same time in different places, would it?

I hope there won't be too many talks in parallel, because that would mean
you'd miss a lot of them. But as I said before, if there are many
contributions, parallel sessions are inevitable.

Cheers,
Garmt.
