Yes, I neglected to add this to my previous posting; thanks, Zvi, for noting these names. We are all indebted to the generosity and tireless efforts of the organizers and (especially) the administrative staff of the Mondial.

As someone with experience in organizing an international colloquium of about the scale and complexity of the Mondial, I know just how many things can and do go wrong, and how, ah, difficult, participants can be when something slips. Your forbearance and energy were much appreciated.
